This year, Charles receives positive clinical trial updates from PTC Therapeutics, uniQure and Wave Life Sciences and interviews Vanessa Wheeler, 2023 Leslie Gehry Prize winner, who explains the concept of Somatic Instability. He also hears of an unprecedented collaborative step from Roche-Genentech benefitting the entire HD community.

At their destination, Vatican City, they witnessed history unfold, when Pope Francis called for the world to enact the defined mission of this foundation: that Huntington’s disease be “Hidden No More.”
